Arthur D. Little - Manager
Due to increased client work at our Oslo office, Arthur D. Little are seeking highly qualified and ambitious project managers with 4 - 10 years of working experience. The right candidates will lead a young and driven team on a journey to building a top-tier strategy consulting practice. Since the Oslo office is in an early growth phase, this is a unique opportunity for project managers to have an influential role at management consultancy early in their career.
Managers at Arthur D. Little work with C-level executives and help them solve complex issues and provide actionable recommendations by combining technology know-how and sharp business acumen. As a manager, you will be expected to lead a team of consultants on case assignments, manage workload effectively, coach junior team members, and deliver outstanding deliverables for our clients. In addition to excelling in the project management role, you will need to demonstrate deep industry insight and inspire confidence amongst our clients.
Managers will play a key role in building relationships beyond project assignments and be able to identify areas to develop future business opportunities. You are also expected to develop executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.

- Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or similar
- 4 - 10 years of relevant work experience
- Prior consulting and project management experience is required
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a commercial mindset

- Fluency in English and Norwegian is required
- Proven track record in running and executing complex projects

Little, you will start as a Business Analyst and immediately become a member of a case team. We are looking for candidates with strong academic results, analytical capabilities and a creative eye to new problems. You are enthusiastic and are able to work in both internal and external teams with people from all levels.
An Experienced Consultant is a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience from consulting. You have demonstrated consistent success in working focused on clients, as a part of a team, and you would now like to work as a project manager addressing strategic challenges clients are facing. It is an advantage that the sector you master is one among telecom, e-health, retail, media, power and utilities or consumer goods. Deep knowledge in digital and big data is an obvious advantage.
You have a strong academic background and are fluent in English and Norwegian. Additional languages are also of merit. You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and are a clear and natural communicator, whether in person or on paper. You'll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, but will thrive just as well in a team.
Arthur D. Little Nordic offers spring and fall internships to students who have yet to complete their studies. During the internship you will get the chance to work at the forefront of strategy, digitalization and innovation with some of the sharpest minds in business.
